We accept file formats such as PDF, Word (Google Docs / Microsoft Word), Canva files, JPEG, and PNG. If you have a design made in Canva, you can directly export it as a PDF for printing. For best results, we recommend high-quality or print-ready files so your output will be clear and sharp. If you’re not sure about your file, you can send it to us and we’ll help check it for you.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days depending on the product. Rush options are available for select items such as stickers, t-shirt printing, decals, and photocopy services. Large format printing, embroidery, and specialty jobs may take 5–10 business days depending on complexity.

Yes. JE VENTURES offers in-house design services including logo design, layout, branding, and print-ready file preparation. We also assist with file corrections and resizing. Pricing depends on the project and starts at affordable rates.

Most digital printing services have no minimum order. However, apparel printing such as screen printing requires a minimum quantity per design. We also accommodate both small personal orders and bulk business production.

Yes. We provide a digital proof for approval before printing any job. Printing only begins once you confirm the final design to ensure accuracy and quality.

Orders can be picked up directly at our shop. We also offer shipping and delivery through Shopee and Lazada for convenience. Customers can choose the option that best suits their needs.
